Although the facade is renewed, and now baroque, this is the best conserved Romanesque church in Prague. Built in 900 check the wood arches to verify how old it is.

聖イジー教会。赤い煉瓦色が鮮やかなバロック様式の外観。ボヘミアでもっと美しいロマネスク様式の傑作として表される教会。１０世紀初頭の創建後、破壊と再建を繰り返し、１７世紀にバロック様式のファザード（正面）が加えられた。ボヘミアで最初の女子修道院を併設する。１６世紀の画家ブルクマールの作品「聖ウルシュラの殉教」、１７世紀ハインチュの作「マリアの昇天」、教会の創設者ヴラティスラフ１世の墓は必見。
