They turned their earthquake dampening sphere into a tourist attraction, and turned it into a character mascot called Damper Baby. If you can’t appreciate the genius here, don’t come.

Check the weather before going. The lobby is on the fifth floor and there is an electronic sign that indicates whether the outdoor observatory is open.

For a free alternative: make a reservation at Starbucks on the 35th floor. You'll be closer to the ground and see more detail. No outside observation deck though.

世界一の高速エレベーターで展望台まであっという間。89階から台北市街を一望できます。入場料は大人600台湾$。台北無限周遊カード(Taipei Fun Pass)があればカードを提示するだけで展望台まで上れます。

チケットを購入するときに、どれだけ多くの人が並んでいるのかが分からなくて困る。実際に並んだ時に、あまりに行列が長くて次の予定に間に合いそうになかったので、ダメもとで列から外れてチケットの払戻しをお願いしたところ、案外すんなり親切に対応してくれた。

What a view!D massive city of Taipei stretches out in every direction as far as d eyes can c.We got lucky - 30min earlier,it's raining w/ low visibility.4 TWD600,it's worth every penny.

91階の屋外展望は天候条件が良い時でも団体客が来ている時などに89階からの扉を一時的に閉めている事があります。アナウンスをよく聞いて状況判断する事が大切。
