Interesting place to stop but the town is kind of bleak.

Okay, this is one of my favorites. Tons of history, hauntings, and adventures. The tour guides are fantastic and a lot of fun to be around, and I learned so much here. Definitely worth the trip!

Creepy feelings, slamming doors, gusts of wind, and strange sounds? Ohh yes.

Glad they include the positives about mental health as well, and don't treat it like a "house of horrors"

i don't know what's creepier, the asylum, or the town it is in. try to avoid this town at night. people just stand on their porches and stare as you pass by. the curfew/emergency siren sounds creepy.

Bring a small ball to give as a gift for the little boy, and a rose for the woman who lived on the third floor. Their spirits will appreciate it. Happy haunting!
