When u come in for an oil change u get a free car wash, free coffee, free wifi, and a shuttle ride anywhere in case u don't want to sit around enjoying all the free stuff!

When you mail clients to let them know they're due for service, you should at least be able to spell the name of the vehicle on record (Camaro isn't difficult!).

Their parts department runs on bankers hours, so go early. I guess they haven't adjusted to the rest of the world yet.
