they says the machine broken and they need 4 working days, ok fine. after 4 days, they said it was public holiday and Sunday. ok fine. Now is already 1 week, well done.

so fuckup, nowadays most shop able to let us collect eyewear in 1 hour but this SPECIAL shop need more then 1 week.
