3rd review. I was hoping that they would've improved by now. It took at least 10 min b4 someone approached me so I may get a copy of a past statement. Staff outnumbered their customers 3fold. :(.

Update after two years - customer service improving though sssllllooooowww. Calm environment is good - would be awesome if quicker pace :)

I waited in line for 10 minutes (only one) and looked at six employees helping one customer. And they never got to me. So I used the ATM. These people don't have customer service skills

Depositing checks in person is always a pain. Miserable staff. I prefer the ATM .
