The other two branches are far better..!! Too stuffy because of no ACs and a disappointing group of staff..Instead of checking the customers they are either chatting among themselves or on mobiles..

Nice beach view. Quite pricey for Twinings tea! Take ages for ready made order to come.

Not very organised waitresses. Good snack food we had however, portion sizes are bigger than in photos, very filling. The juices are delicious. Dining is ladies friendly :P.
