I left a tip a few months ago regarding staffing issues at crucial morning times it has not improved and it took me 20 minutes with no line inside to get served and get a coffee and a flatbread

Drive through couldn't be more slow at the crucial drive times. Not the workers fault it looks like they are constantly understaffed with the workers taking on multiple responsibilities
