Modern airport with all modern facilities. Duty free shop is very extensive and WiFi is free. Get it activated with your passport or people in the GCC use your phone number to activate the WiFi!

The new airport is very nice. Calm with good facilities. You need to go through security twice so finish your drink before going to your gate.

The Plaza Lounge (lower level Intl terminal) is excellent for a longer stopover. 24/7, at $20US/2hrs with good hot food, snacks, bar, coffee, comfortable club chairs and quiet overnight atmosphere.

OK ppl, don't forget that there is costa coffee at the entrance, pick up all that you need and head to your plane. I had a great time in Oman, God bless Oman and their ppl.

V nice airport. Simple and easy. Oman air is v bad. Even your seats confirmed but they change them. I dont trust them any more.
