Baristas mostly. Coffee is second but the best in the metro. 😊 I don't understand why people complain about the parking space when the store is not the only tenant in the building. Go somewhere else.

Good place to study if you get here before the noisy, post-work crowd. Saturdays 5am to 830am is my favorite time slot.

Parking is small but the seating (indoor and outdoor) is spacious. Outdoor seating can get quite noisy due to the traffic along Quezon Avenue.
