Dirty,crowded. If you arrive by metro, you have to walk more, hard to approach because of the maintenance (for looong time now...)

Messy, loud, disorganized, smelly and very difficult for parking or moving about the area. The only positive thing I could mention is the direct connection to the train it has. It has proven useful.
