Like its similarly named restaurant in Fishkill, Café Maya is easily the best Mexican restaurant in Wappingers. You won't go run with any of their tacos, but the Carnitas ones are to die for.

It is 3 degrees....., but it is the closest to Mexico you can get!!!! Wish we we're walking out to the beach !
