Honestly I know it's a chain but the only place I have had a better noodle dish was when I was in Japan. I like Taco Bell better than most Mexican places though so I may be off.

Don't get the sprite zero with peach. Tastes like you sprayed cologne and breathed it in :P This place is awesome though
