The seats are really uncomfortable, it’s just ok although there aren’t manny halls for plays in Tehran.

Great theater hall; simple & multifunctional; first-row can be uncomfortable; mostly experimental plays w. creative and unexpected elements; has a public parking but mostly full; has an open-air café.
