While checking out, Gave me a sour look as I don't have cash. Told me they can only charge by credit card for transaction more than 20,000 ... I didn't know that!

Ask for rooms with better WiFi reception, if you ask for an iron to iron/press your clothes, they tell u it's too heavy, asks you to bring it to the reception, they will do it for you with a fee
