Very good location, and friendly staff. Breakfast is brought to your room, which is Filipino breakfast.Next time you book, skip the breakfast option.

Wi-Fi still limited to 1 device. Stayed in 1r2b. Balcony is locked. Incld. fridge, microwave, rice cooker, dishes & utensils. Bathroom faucet and shower head are old. Breakfast can be rescheduled.

Greenbelt 5 is right across the street. Rooms are old but you can't beat the location. Good if you're on a limited budget trip.

I love this hotel. Affordable and very near to greenbelt 5. Minus the breakfast and the service. But if u ask meh to rate this hotel.. I'll give an 8 out of 10✌️😜

Good thing about this place is how it's right next to Greenbelt. The wi-fi kicks you off if there is more than 1 person using it. Breakfast delivered is nice, but food was cold & rice was hard.

In front of Greenbelt 5. minutes walk away from LandMark, Glorietta Mall, SM Mall.. Very Near Church at Greenbelt Park ...for rent ?

Good hotel, little bit old furniture(dirty) but I like room overall and breakfast. Wifi now is 1mbit/s, to have better one just go in old Manila coffee shop on next corner, they have 6.

This place is not good as I am expecting..facilities are all old..the only good thing here is very close to greenbelt and in the center..breaksfast is ok but make little bit improve..its..cold..

Prepare ur own amenities as they are not provided. Good thing is 7-11 just next door. However there is no shower gel at 7-11 - try a bar soap instead
