We visited by random on our UK road trip. It is conveniently located next to the M1. Friendly staff, cheap but really nice rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Good value, excellent staff, good sized rooms and free wifi. Only niggle is bathroom was not very clean and smelled of wee :o(
