Change of ownership with much renovation underway. Bar food stops at 5:30pm, strange! Service still needs to be improved to create a more positive experience

The food and service inthe restaurant have improved this year. Its good that the hotel accepts dogs and provides outdoor kennels for a nominal rate. Beautiful setting

The location is brilliant. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Some rooms need a significant refresh. Come on Hilton, you can do much better!

THe hotel is not that good rooms are old and wifi is a bit of a problem. But the view and the location can't be better. Love it

Beautiful location but dysfunctional service. Be prepared to be patient and have to ask for things to be done at least 4 times

Lovely fireside to sit next to and keep cosy whilst the snow falls outside. Ask for Harriet, she'll keep the strawberry woo woos flowing
