Bad staff. You need more than 3 hours for checking in, even the front desk manager was rude and she didn’t bother her self to offer us a glass of water. Renovation going all day can’t sleep.

Reception is horrifyingly slow...Took me over 30 minutes to be checked-in (only 1 person in front of me in queue) and I simply gave up after queuing another 30 minutes to change money.

Not as good as its Bangkok counterpart. Rooms & facilities maintained well but outdated. I am also not a fan of the incense smell pervading the lobby area.
