The room was missing a remote, the sofa bed linens were messed up, the receptionist could not explain an extra $20 charge and did not care. The breakfast was appalling, they were missing 75% of items.

Great rooms with many work surfaces and two televisions, microwave and fridge and small coffee maker. But decor, layout, and utility of room excellent! Best Fairfield I've encountered.
