This is definitely no 4* resort. The stuff is unfriendly, you have to pay for everything extra! I had to e-mail them my reservation on the checkin again 😱. WIFI is extrem slow! 👎

Overpriced. You have to pay even for water and tea. Standard rooms are too small and not comfortable. A/c & fan are so noisy that you could not sleep. Mosquitos at night. Pools are open only till 19.

Keep out this place. Everything is very expensive, they ask you to pay for about everything. Poorservice and is so far for everything. If you looking for a stay near Gozo, avoid this resort.

Don't expect a 4 star service, it would be a 3 star hotel on the European mainland. The restaurants in the hotel are terrible and extremely overpriced. The rooms are okay though.
