Spiders nets, nests of some type of small insects, mold on the carpets and bad smell on towels. Filthiest hotel ever. Stayed there twice, fo of me but never again. ❌

To unlock the windows which you can’t keep open afterwards either way due to the weight of the glass. Sheets were not changed for 6 days and had to request that as well

Stayed there for 17 days. Convenient location for the station to central but poor cleaning, bad service at the reception and when needed to contact the hotel. No fresh air unless you request them

Nothing complimentary and no gesture to feel welcome during a long stay at a small small single room. Even the remote was broken and had to struggle with the buttons

Excellent venue for shows on the first floor. Also has connections for Heathrow. Outside is a bit grotty with rather ugly security fencing.

Everything in the bathroom is covered by limescale, shower is leaking, the drain is as loud as a boar screaming in agony. The AC vibrates so much that you have to turn it off to be able to sleep.

The rooms are just terrible. The walls are so thin you can hear every word from the corridor ad the neighbours. The furniture and equipment are the cheapest you can imagine.

Had a great stay here, family room on 10th floor was double sized suite. Didn't try dinner, but breakfast was acceptable. Easy walk to train station, < 30 mins to Waterloo.
