Words fail me regarding the amount of times this escalator has been off. Security needs to get off their backsides and catch the kids that knack these.

The down escalator is off again! Why don't the management try and catch these kids who continuously wreck them?

Full of smokers at every door to the Galleries and Asda. Spacial awareness is zero.I don't like having to say this but it makes you feel ill. I lived here 4 years so I know.
