Look at how pathetic is their standard of food! Even the TGV cinemas Hot Dog combo set RM14.50 is way better than this. Never come to this branch again, TTDI new branch is better.

Cold fries and burger.. slow service.. staff taking their own sweet time to get the food prepared... not the old good A&W service you'd normally get .. 👎👎👎

Burgers are cold especially at night when nobody around. Saw customer complain about it too. The staff here are quite rude too and kitchen staff too. What's wrong with A&W Malaysia nowadays!?

Hey, you can now buy the "MINI ME" version of the famous A&W Root Beer Mug for RM7.90(when purchased with a combo meal) or RM9.50 on its own!

after the renovation the shop looks much more better because they make an outdoor eating place for smoker :)
