Idk where to begin. Service was horrible, it took us an hour before we even got water, than another 30 minutes for food. We waited. Total of two hours before we could enjoy our meal. Never again

I had a terrible experience here. There was something like hair in my burger. I contacted steak and shake via through social media and I have not received a response from them.

Food is good, prices are cheap. Service when you first get here is very slow. I understand being busy but 15 mins. to even take your order. Once you order they are fine on speed, but not drink refills
