I've been to several Ruby Tuesday restaurants. The one in Winchester, VA is the worst one. Don't waste your money by going there.

The [new] salad bar was good although I didn't realize any major difference from the old. The cilantro lime dressing was great.

Ask for the Typhoon Shrimp! Don't think it's on the menu anymore. But they still serve it! I come here just for that.
