Great place yo stay, although being at the Reeperbahn área There Are quiet áreas at this Hotel/Hostal, my recomendation is to stay at the Hotel part of the building

nice hostel! good music selection in the lobby. dont buy wifi per week, if you buy for one day you get 24h of use... it's more than enough for a hostal stay
