A typical Hilton. Rather tired and run down, over priced restaurant and bar and no free wifi. Add in no aircon and you have a very forgettable experience

Make sure you check your booking at check in, if they can avoid giving you Honors membership benefits, they will.

If you also told there are no upgrade rooms available as they are full tonight - go online and you will see that there are rooms you can book - remember honors provide next best available room .....

If you are gold or diamond honors member - ALWAYS ask on check in if your room has been upgraded as Basingstoke Hilton ALWAYS forget to do this unless you ask.
