Place rocks. 1st floor and hear no loud music. Kinda old but serves purpose w/heat...YAY!

Nice location, try to get a place on 2nd floor or higher. The music from Hoots is really loud and doesn't stop till 2 am.

Great place to stay if you like to stay up late. If you are staying in the Apts close to Hoots, you will hear the music from the bar till 2am.
