Avoid Georgette in women's shoes. We didn't want to use our Macy's card so she was pushy, hateful, and very rude.

I love this particular store. Because it is quiet. Been coming here when it was the Great Marshall Fields. I boycotted for 10 years or so mad that the name is changed.

Quality of merchandise in this store just keeps getting worse. It's like an upper-scale Kmart almost.
