The shuttle comes at every 5 and 35 on the hour and will not wait for you.

The hotel is partially renovated and the rooms are nicer now. The attached restaurant is pretty good and convenient. The shuttle complaints are totally valid.

This is a hotel. You sleep here. Is not particularly close to anything but McDonalds. Not a bad place to call it a night of you like the idea of a short trip to O'Hare. Also 12 noon checkout is pro.

Remodeled rooms are acceptable, staff was friendly & helpful. Also the included breakfast was fine. A good value for the rate. Public areas need refurbishment and shuttle service could be improved!

The dirtiest and completely outdated hotel. It does smell bad. The front desk people are some of the rudest people I have ever met. The shuttle sucked waited over an hour for it.
