Their Public Restrooms don't have water at all. But if you walk on the other side, you'll find a Customer Lounge with super clean restrooms and bidet. They charge 10 pesos each though.

Great for stop over complete with air-conditioned restrooms, fast food restaurants and convenience store. The factory outlet of Nike is also here.
