This is the MONUMENT, not the MUSEUM which is a few blocks to the east.

A mid-west town. The museum is open Thursday-Sunday. There is a spaceship parked in the parking lot. The Capt Kirk monument is in the downtown area behind a house.

Definitely worth the trek...a little bit off the beaten path but extremely worth it...postman has a special Star Trek stamp to put on mail sent from Riverside, IA!

It's kinda tricky to find. Look for the banner on the lightpost with Bill Shatner's likeness on it. It's behind a small yellow house.
