You can have a breakfast(10-11.30h), a lunch(12-14h) or a dinner(18-22h) here. It's a little bit expensive though, but you have a nice view over the city and the biggest park in it.

The 70's elevator is quite scary as it drops 20cm while people are coming in. The rotating restaurant at top of the tower provides a nice view of the lights of this otherwise ugly city.
