The tour guides make this museum. They add little bits of humor and are very knowledgeable. Recommend if you are in the area

Tour the home of the only known civilian to die in the Battle of Gettysburg, Jennie Wade. Bullet holes can still be seen in the kitchen where she was tragically shot while baking bread for soldiers.

The "Georgia, your sister is dead" tour is amazing! It takes you back to the time period and lets you experience the battle from the point of view of Jennie's family. Great tour I highly recommend!

Jennie Wade was the only civilian killed during the 3 day battle of Gettysburg. The tour of the house where she died is well worth it. The tourguides are great!
