Stumbled upon this after taking a route suggested by WAZE to avoid traffic to Tagaytay. Locked, unwelcoming, one can peep through the grills & view inside. Reminder of country’s dark past.

The mansion is closed. I think 90% of the structure is still intact. Love to explore the interior if permitted.
