If you are one of those people bitching about how your car isn't clean enough, do it your self. That's why they offer free vaccum and exterior cleaning.

They charge an extra dollar for an SUV or van... And and xtra $5 for really dirty vehicles... When I pointed out the mud on the inside door they said I would have to pay to get it detailed.. I did it

Never any issues. Doing it nyself in winter is impossible. The crew is very good.

If you want an 80% job, then go here otherwise do it yourself. I still have some bug guts on the windshield, spider web on side mirror. Didn't touch the trunk and a bee in the back window.
