Every time I go in here I feel like Im getting ripped off. Why can't they just have reasonable BMW prices? I know it's a BMW & expensive but I've got to question everything they charge. No 5s for you.

They sold me an extended warranty for $2600, then charged me an additional $70 that should have been included in the warranty. They don't do refunds so they gave a crap detail that looked untouched!!

Service is HORRENDOUS. Stay away. Made an appointment for simple check engine light Called 4 days later to find they had forgotten about my car. Had to drive it back in snowstorm. AWFUL.
