I know how crazy this sounds, but... try the turkey. They smoke it themselves, it’s awesome. Seriously, consider, for just a second, skipping the pork and getting the turkey.

The brisket and the ribs were really good. We took the Beast Feast which had well enough for the 4 of us.

The brisket (fatty cut) is delicious. Ribs, not so much. I wish they can slice the brisket thinner.

The wings steal the show. They're smoked and then fried crispy - the two best things you can do to chicken. Order by the pound.
