Food is delish, service is terrible. Feels like the staff care more about the back of house work and socializing than taking care of the guests.

Horrible customer service. My sister and I have dealt with bad service and the last time we just left after waiting over an hour. Not even a glass of water was offered and our waiter never came to us.

Cafe Brazil is a dump. Poor management, dirty restrooms, low-level waitstaff, bad food and neglected coffee urns make for a sad and lackluster dining experience.

Do not expect Brazilian food. It's a Mexican cafe with some American food. The service was not good and they kept taking trash out thru the dining area. Disappointing.
