Go to the one outside for cappuccino and a nata. The staff has been changing lately. They are the most friendly n caring people I came across for the past months. I felt special the first time I went.

Go to the one just outside the Ashley Centre rather than the one by the lifts. Much better ambiance.

Food is OK. Not quite what we expected but not nourishing. Service needs more attention, even if they are Italian(you are in the UK now).

The worst service ever. Keep away. Check your bills as they often overcharge. Terribly overpriced. The quality of food is also substandard. Avoid at any cost.
