Bulgarian version of Hard Rock Cafe. Interior is fully copied from the famous franchise. Service, etiquette, menu, even clients are far away from the 'original'. Funny, but not annoying, though.

Уже 2 год ездим в Несебр отдыхать! Нашли "Caramel" и сразу влюбились в это место😊много столиков, большой выбор алкогольных и безалкогольных напитков по приемлемым ценам! Советую заглянуть в "Caramel"

The waitresses are NOTORIOUSLY slow (as they were 4-5 years ago when I first visited this place) and the Wi-Fi is crappy.
