For a quick small bite when in a hurry, Panda Express usually works. Portions are small, taste is decent, service varies greatly. If only the food could be served piping hot instead of luke warm.

You can get two sides on your entree plate. Just ask for half and half. I personally like half fried rice, half veggies.

obviously the orange is the best but the kung pao and the beijing beef are pretty solid
