Good selection of local ale, decent food - the steak and ale pie was really tasty. Nice beer garden for a sunny afternoon. Dog friendly!

Food at best OK. Slow service. Beers good and excellent white bait. Great for a snack after a walk!

Don't go at the weekend! We booked and still waited over 50 minutes for our food, which was just pie and chips, and all the roasts were gone!

Super dog friendly and has a big range of fish on the menu as well as local beers from the Dunham Massey brewery.
