Love the hazelnut latte but I asked for an extra shot so mine tasted wonderful. I know they dont use the toasted hazelnut that they use at Costa which is great as I hate that. I give hacketts 10 out

Over priced for what it is. Ordered a hazlebut latte and it REALLY didn't taste right. Then the staff gave me agro when I complained about it! It's average.
