I lived and worked in China and SAR Hong Kong. I just moved to Corvallis from Las Vegas and Queens Chopsticks is well prepared, tasty, very reasonably priced. I've had everything on the lunch menu

General Tsao's chicken is my current favorite but next time I'm ordering a 6 on the spicy scale of 1-5 (it could be way spicier)

Try Ants Climb Trees from the Chinese Menu. It's salty rice noodles with pork and a bit of spice. So tasty!
