Too slow; lost our order? Drove off after 15 mins for two shakes. Really?

Wait 10 minutes to bring carhop service of 2 shakes. Nothing. Push button again. They were lost about order or stall #. Said would be right out. Waited 5 more mins and then drove off. Wasted time.
