If there is ANY chance of you being admitted through the ER, note that the cafe area is closed on weekends. There are restaurants close by though. And pizza delivers.

Check out a bag of toys at the reception desk on each floor or keep an eye out for volunteers with suitcases of games. Makes the wait that much faster.
