Nice and friendly resort. Supermarket prices are a bit steep, but that may just be how it is. Bus into main shopping area of the island are few and far between, and always busy. Consider renting a car

Be carefull, make sure they do not put you in the lower quality Arepar when you booked Isla Paraiso!!

Beware of the assigned room if you have a baby. You may have a lot of stairs to reach your room. No elevators.
