Auf Grund der Nähe zu meinem Hotel was dies meine Standard-Station. Viele kleine Lokale gleich beim Eingang (Greggs, Paul, u das australische Café) haben auch immer für ein kleines Frühstück gesorgt

Hier wurde 1911 die erste Rolltreppe eingeführt. Ein einbeiniger Mann wurde dafür bezahlt den ganzen Tag rauf und runter zu fahren um ihre Sicherheit zu beweisen.

For the District line, be sure to look at the big boards—they indicate the various destinations. Dot screens show expected arrival times, but they sometimes are as confused as passengers.

There is a quick access stairwell between the eastbound Piccadilly and District lines. It is at the front-end of District line platforms, under the steps.
